To ensure your audio is set up correctly, begin by connecting the audio source (like a phone or music device) to the audio cable provided. Then, check your audio output on the device to ensure the volume is turned all the way up. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT THE RINGER VOLUME! Make sure all cables are securely plugged in and properly routed to avoid any interference. Test the levels before starting to ensure optimal sound quality. If you encounter any issues, double-check connections and ensure that the correct output is selected.

If you or anyone on your team has sensitivities to light or sound, please notify our production manager immediately. We want to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, and we’ll make any necessary adjustments to accommodate specific needs.
